It was a busy weekend for the Hagersville Hawks LL8 team starting with the Hawks facing Caledonia 3 on Friday night. The Hawks were able to hold on to the game with the score tied at 2 until the 3rd period. The Hawks suffered their first lose 6-2. Goal scorers in this game were Drailynn Hill and Elliott Veld.
Saturday's game was against Caledonia 1. This game had the Hawks celebrating their first win, and the goalie Ryley Burman his first shut-out, with a score of 1-0. Goal scored by Jake Laforme. Assists in these games were given to Laney Mitchell, Ethan Walton, Braeden Topp, Delanee Danota and Dylan Bezemer.
