The Hawks took on Langton Leafs at home on Wednesday. We had
previously beaten them at the beginning of the season, but knew all teams in
our division are pretty evenly matched and eager to get some wins. We knew we
would have to work hard to shut down the Leafs!
We scored first again, giving out players the momentum they needed to keep working hard. By the end of the second period, we were up 2-1. In the 3rd Period, Langton was able to tie it up with only a few minutes left on the clock. Despite all our efforts and pulling our goalie, the game ended it a 2-2 tie.
