The wait is finally over - Introducing SportsHeadz Health Check! We are pleased to announce that health screenings can now be enabled from your website and have included links below to help get you started with the process.

We have worked diligently with the governing bodies around Ontario to make sure that all questions and safety regulations were put in place. Not only to make recreational sports safe, but also to keep your data secure. The schedule of events within the Health Check system are synced to your website to ensure that screenings can be completed before every game, practice, or team event posted in your association website.
