Police Check Submission Requirements
It is very important to know that a change in the process for Police Check submissions for all bench staff (coaches, trainers, managers) on a team this upcoming season has come into effect.

The OHF will now be taking care of the management, and the enforcement of police checks.

What this means to you, as a bench staff member is that you will now be  required to take some action each and every year in order to be permitted on an official team roster. 

In the communication below, you will see the requirements for submissions of Vulnerable Sector Checks, and yearly declaration forms to the OHF using their portal. 

You have 2 choices, if your police check is valid within 3 years of submission you can submit and be on the relevant year following the schedule outlined in bulletin below.  If you would like to start from year 1, simply apply, receive and submit an updated VSC using the OHF portal.   Each year you will need to submit a declaration form regardless if you submit a VSC or not.
