Hawks vs Paris Wolf Pack
The Hawks took to the ice to face off against Paris for Southern County round robin. The first period saw a bunch of battling but ended scoreless.
The second period started off with the puck travelling up and down the ice. Then Keaton Garvie, assisted by Ryan Dykstra, scored the first goal of the game. But before the period could end Paris came back and scored to tie up the period 1-1.
Early in the third period Ryan Dykstra, assisted by Nate Veldstra, scored the Hawks second goal of the game. There was still plenty of time left on the clock but goalie Keegan Jackson worked hard to keep the pucks out of the net. The game ended in a 2-1 win for the Hawks.
Defence Ryan Dykstra was awarded player of the game.
