Hawks vs Tavistock Titans
The Hawks took flight to Tavistock to take on the Titans for there first face off with on another for the round robin. Things didn't look good when Tavistock scored their first goal just 40 seconds into the first period. Then, with just 20 seconds left on the clock, Justin Wenzowski, assisted by Keaton Garvie, score a goal to tie up the game.
The second period saw shots on both nets but it, again, would be Justin Wenzowski, assisted by Keaton Garvie and Dustin McKeen that would score a goal. The period would end 2-1 for the Hawks.
The third period started and the Titans came on strong with over 13 shots on net, but goalie Keegan Jackson worked hard to keep the rubber out of the net. That hard work paid off and the game ended in a 2-1 win for the Hawks.
