As I have been saying, a team that plays together wins together and today was a true testament to that! The Hagersville Hawks Atom Reps put every last bit of their hearts and souls into today's Championship game, and in the end it lead them to a 10-2 win against the Aylmer Flames.

The Hawks Move On to Southern County Final

The Hawks stepped on the ice against the Delhi Rockets in the Southern County B Division semi finals. If the season history was any indication, the game would be a close battle to the end. The puck dropped and the battle began, both teams dug their heels in, ending the first period with no score.

The Hawks played their hearts out this round robin, and worked their way into the second place spot. The team will be going to the semi finals on Monday night against the Delhi Rockets. Hawks vs Langton Leafs

The Hawks left the nest and headed to Langton for the last game of the round robin. The outcome of this game would determine the fate of who the Hawks would face in the semi finals. The Hawks were looking for a win. From the minute the puck dropped it was clear that the team had their work cut out for them. They managed to control the puck for a good portion of the first period and with 1 minute left in the first period Chase Bacher got an unassisted goal, ending the period 1-0 for the Hawks.
