Home game versus Caledonia
On Monday December 13, 2014 the Hagersville Novice LL9 played a home game versus Caledonia Thunder.
Our team opened up the scoring in the first when Gavin Simington took a pass from Braeden Heeg, skated the puck up the ice and scored his first goal of the season. We were able to hold off the Caledonia team until the very end of the second when they scored 2 quick goals. Working hard at the start of the third, our team was determined to get that tying goal. Our all girl forward line was able to tie things up when Carly Waldbrook scored assisted by Grace Taylor and Olivia Doughty. The third continued to be a fast paced, even match. Caledonia was able to get one more with less than 2 minutes left and win the game. It was a really close one. A great, full team effort!
