The Hawks hosted Cayuga  on  Monday  night  in our semifinal game and they did not disappoint our fans. The kids came out skating hard and fighting for the puck every chance they had. Carter got our  first  goal midway thru the first period with a shot from the slot after some excellent  forechecking  by his line mates . The Hawks kept applying pressure and Reese found herself alone in front  of  the  net  and  made  no mistake Read More

The Hawks played their last 3 games of the round robin last week. They came away with 1 win and 2 losses. Their first game was against Cayuga and again it was a very close game. Aiden got our only goal mid way  thru  the  second  period  after a pass by Ryley and he beat a guy at the blue line to send  him in on a breakaway  where he beat the goalie with a shot to the far side. Cayuga battled back and tied the game later in the period. Read More

The Hawks were in their much anticipated  tournament  this  weekend  in Port Colborne .  Our first game was Friday  morning  against  Port  Colborne  and the Hawks came out flying . Kayson used his speed in the second period scoring another goal on a  break away and added his second goal late in  the period. Both teams battled hard in the third and skated to a 4-4 tie. The Hawks had two playoff games this weekend against Stoney Creek. I was away on the weekend but have been told by a few people that the kids played really well and skated hard both games. The Hawks came out flying Saturday and had many chances to score early but ended up trailing 2-0 after the first period. Reid started our scoring mid way thru the second period and added his second of the game late in the period with both goals being assisted by Kayson  and Ayden. Carter banged in his first goal of the year late in the period to pull the Hawks within a goal heading  to third (great job Carter). Read More
