The Hagersville Atom CGC Hawks ended the first part of their season with the following games:
On December 10th it was Hagersville vs Hagersville in a hometown match up. The CGC Hawks fought hard but in the end were down 3-0. Good try Hawks.
On January 6th the Hagersville CGC Hawks faced off against Caledonia 1 to end the first half of their season. The board remained scoreless in the first. 3 minutes into the second Emmitt Houwer made a mark on the board with the help of Quintin Salverda and Emily Walton. Mason Mitchell also added to the board in the second with the help from Salverda and Devyn Russell giving the Hawks a 2-0 lead heading into the third.
Caledonia came out strong in the third adding two to their side and evening the score. With 45 seconds left in the game Salverda found the right shot to land the go ahead goal with the assistance of Russell once again. Final score 3-2 for the Hawks and a great end to the first part of the season.
