The Novice LL Hawks played a tough game on November 21st
when Glanbrook 8 came to town. Madelynn
Lammel scored the game opener this game halfway through the first,
unassisted. Cameron Coffey made some
fantastic saves but Glanbrook was able to answer back before the buzzer sounded
to even the playing field once again.
Glanbrook momentarily took the lead in the second but it was Hagersville’s Jacob Yates that answered the call this time assisted by Avery Heaslip. Unfortunately Glanbrook found some momentum after this goal to take the lead by two ending the second.
Glanbrook continued to add to their lead in the third landing three more but Noah Reicheld wasn’t ready to claim defeat as he put one more on his team’s side as well. The team tried their best but couldn’t seem to narrow that gap and the game ended 7-3. Good try Hawks!!
