TEAMS MUST BE READY TO GO ON THE ICE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR GAME TIME.

2 minute warm-up time will commence as soon as the Zamboni Doors Close

All games are 10-10-10 stop time. Games will be played on a points- per- period format. 1 point for winning a period and 2 for winning the game. Tied periods will score each team a 1/2 point. A total of  5 points are up for grabs for each game.

There are no curfews but in the event there becomes a 5 goal or more spread, the clock will continue to run for the last 5 minutes of the 3rd period or until the spread becomes 3 goals or less.

In the event of a game ending in a tie in round robin game, the teams will immediately enter a 3 person simultaneous shoot-out to break the tie. The first 3 shooters must be identified on the game sheet prior to the start of the game and must be designated in what order they will shoot (1, 2 or 3). If after the first three shooters it remains tied, the shoot-out will continue in a sudden victory fashion. No player can shoot twice until all the players listed on the game sheet have shot once. Players who find themselves in the penalty box at the end of the game must remain there and are not eligible to participate in the shoot-out. If a penalized player is listed as a shooter, a replacement shooter will be identified by his or her coach and will shoot in the same order that was to occur.

On Championship Sunday, if tied after regulation, teams will play a 5 minute stop time  3 on 3 sudden victory overtime period followed by the shoot out if still tied. Penalties will carry over into overtime. Teams will not play with less than 3 skaters. If penalized, the player will enter the penalty box and the non offending team will add a player. Once the penalty has been served the penalized player will return to the ice and play will continue until the next stoppage of play at which time both teams will go back to 3 on 3. Players in the penalty box at the end of overtime will not be eligible to participate in the shoot-out which will be conducted as described above.

In case of a tie in the standings after round robin play the tiebreakers will be:

1.                   Head to head results between the 2 teams

2.                   Total penalty minutes for both games played (fewest minutes wins)

3.                   Goals Differential (+/-) totals for both games as per the Tie Breaker Chart

4.                   Card Draw- Highest Card Drawn wins the tie breaker and will earn the higher seed

Each team will be allowed one 30 sec timeout on Sunday only.

Any Player who incurs 6 minutes or more in minor penalties at any point during a game will be ejected from the remainder of that game. Other than that, all games will be played under OMHA regulations, and major penalties and suspensions dealt with as per OMHA manual.
