Peewee Hawks LL 7, 2016-2017 (Hagersville Minor Hockey)

Starting the season with Win was nice but adding another to start a streak........ even better.  Goals were a little harder to come by Saturday afternoon as the Cayuga netminder played a good game to keep us off the score sheet until the second period but our defense and goaltending had no problem keeping it even. 

Some of you may have heard rumor that there will be a Roster Select Team for Peewee this season, the rumor was true and we are now prepared to have a tryout and team selection.  The tryout will be on October 30th at 7 pm (currently posted on our website as Peewee All) and is open to all Peewee LL players, there will be no charge for the tryout and additional costs will be discussed with parents during selection process.  A quick summary of what a Roster Select team is and when/where you would play.....

Thursday was everything we could have hoped for, all the kids had fun and...... it's always nice to start the season with a Win and considering that this was the first night we've had the entire team together I would say we can only improve from here.  On to the game story.......................
